Paperless Billing Terms

By agreeing to paperless billing, you specifically request and authorise us to serve all demands (for example, service charge demands) and associated correspondence via email only at the email address provided, notwithstanding any provisions in your lease or transfer to the contrary.  By agreeing to paperless billing, all such demands and correspondence will be sent via email only and will not be sent via any other means (for example, first class post).  You agree that, in the event you change your email address or other details, you will notify us accordingly; we cannot be held responsible for any failure to update your details in the event your details change.
